By using our Services, you (or the entity you represent) agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Service Level Agreement (SLA), and any additional agreements related to your subscription.

By using the Services, you confirm that:
- You are legally authorized to enter into this Agreement.
- If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company, you have the authority to bind that company.

1.2 Compliance with Privacy Laws
Ithouse is committed to protecting your privacy and complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws.

1.3 Updates to Terms
Ithouse may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice for significant changes. Continued use of the Services after updates means you accept the new Terms.

2. Scope of Service

2.1 Access & Use

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services within your selected plan.
- Your use of the Services must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2.2 Free Trials & Beta Services

Free trials have limited features and may be discontinued at any time.
- Beta Services may contain bugs and errors and are not covered under SLA guarantees.

2.3 Additional Services

Our Services may include hosting, cybersecurity, SSL certificates, CDN services, and managed IT solutions.
- Some features may require third-party agreements (e.g., for domain registration).



3. GDPR & Data Protection3.1 Compliance with GDPR

Ithouse processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, store, and use your data.

3.2 Data Processing & Security

All personal data is encrypted and stored securely.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data with third parties.
- Users have the right to request data access, correction, or deletion under GDPR.

3.3 Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users within 72 hours, as required under GDPR.


4. Account Registration & User Responsibilities

4.1 User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering.
- It is your responsibility to keep login credentials secure.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts using false or outdated information.

4.2 Access & Permissions

Account owners can grant or remove access to team members.
- You are responsible for all user actions under your account.



5. Acceptable Use Policy

5.1 Allowed Use
Our Services may only be used for lawful and ethical purposes.

5.2 Prohibited Use
You cannot use our services for:
Hacking, phishing, or malware distribution
Spam, scams, or fraudulent activity
Copyright-infringing content
Pornography, illegal drugs, gambling, or weapons-related services.
Violating these terms may result in account suspension or termination.

- Late payments may result in service suspension.

6.2 Refund Policy

- No refunds are provided for domain registration, SSL certificates, or custom services.

6.3 Price Changes

Prices may be updated with 30 days’ notice.
- Clients will be notified of billing changes in advance.



7. Service Uptime & Limitations

7.1 Uptime Guarantee

We offer a 99.9% uptime guarantee.
- Downtime caused by third-party failures or cyberattacks is not covered.

7.2 Scheduled Maintenance

Occasionally, scheduled maintenance may cause temporary interruptions.



8. Termination of Services

8.1 Voluntary Termination
You may cancel your account anytime via your Ithouse dashboard.

8.2 Termination by Ithouse
We may suspend or terminate accounts if:
- You violate our Terms.
- You fail to pay for services.
- We suspect fraud or security threats.
Upon termination, you must back up your data, as your access will be removed.



9. Intellectual Property & Copyright
- Ithouse retains all rights to our software, services, and branding.
- Clients retain full ownership of their website data and content.



10. Confidentiality & Data Security
- Both parties agree to keep sensitive business information confidential.
- We may disclose information if required by law.



11. Limitations of Liability
Ithouse is not liable for:
- Lost revenue, data, or business opportunitiesThird-party service failures (e.g., domain registrars, payment processors)
- Cyberattacks or hacking
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the last 12 months.



12. Force Majeure
Ithouse is not responsible for service interruptions caused by:
- Cyberattacks
- Natural disasters
- Government actions
- Internet or power failures



13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmarone promotional discount per transactionk.
Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or local courts.



14. Promotions & Limited-Time Offers

14.1 Seasonal Discounts
Limited-time offers (e.g., Black Friday deals) are only valid for new customers.
Discounts apply for the first billing cycle only.
